A message from Michelle Avila
My name is Michelle Avila, and I am honored to serve as the principal of O'Day Short Elementary School. While I am new to the ODS community, I bring with me over 13 years of experience as a principal within the Fontana Unified School District.
It is both a privilege and a responsibility to uphold the proud legacy of the Short family—a legacy rooted in inclusivity and resilience so that we strive for success for all students. My foremost priority is to foster a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where all students, staff, and families feel valued and supported.
